The roster of tenants continues to grow at west Houston's popular CityCentre and another six-story office building is opening soon, but developer Jonathan Brinsden doesn't foresee any return to parking problems and traffic snarls of the past.
Meanwhile, the roster of tenants continues to grow at the densely developed entertainment, shopping and residential complex, which is on the southeast corner of Beltway 8 and Interstate 10.

Brinsden, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Houston-based Midway Cos., credited last summer's addition of 400 spaces and improvements in traffic flow with addressing parking issues.
'The traffic flow is so much better,' Brinsden said.
Though more tenants come in all the time, daytime and nighttime parking tend not to overlap, Brinsden said.
Restaurant managers from Cyclone Anaya's and Ruggles Green agree that parking has improved.
'We don't get as many complaints as we used to,' said Santiago Galeana of Cyclone Anaya's.
Re5r05a transmission. In addition, Diane Daleo, spokeswoman of neighboring Town & Country Village, said confusion has subsided over who can park at the village, located south of CityCentre. Parking in Town and Country Village is only for its customers.
'It's an education process,' Daleo said. 'Ours is not a public parking lot.'
The CityCentre Four building, a replica of the CityCentre Three structure that opened last year, is expected to be completed this summer. It offers 120,000 square feet of space, most of it for offices, with the ground floor for retail and restaurants. Developer Simmons Vedder Partners, which built the Domain at CityCentre apartment complex, is adding a 160-unit upscale apartment building, slated to open in 2014.
Brinsden said leasing has picked up over the last year since the Houston area emerged from the economic downturn that started in 2008. Recent new tenants include Dryden Kreps, a men's and women's' luxury clothing store; the Baby, go green store of eco-friendly baby and children's merchandise; Kendra Scott jewelry store; and the restaurant Texas de Brazil. Brinsden said the 245-room Hotel Sorella is full more often than not during the week, attracting business clientele serving the nearby Energy Corridor, and demand for office space in City Centre Four is high. Stores and restaurants that will debut this summer and fall include Grub Burger Bar and Z Gallerie.
CityCentre is negotiating with Memorial City Redevelopment Authority, of which CityCentre is a part, for a traffic light at Queensbury and Town and Country Boulevard. The authority is a taxing entity designed to improve traffic and drainage within its boundaries.
'I think obviously the Houston economy is doing very well, and then the Energy Corridor is driving office space, hotel bookings and residential, because young professionals want to come and live here,' Brinsden said.
The development also includes brownstone homes, loft apartments, a conference center, Studio Movie Grill and Lifetime Athletic club.
